Below are some simple stretching exercise that you can do at home or anywhere you wish to increase your height.
Increase Height Stretching Exercise 1
- Stand with your legs wide apart.
- With you hands overlap, raise both hands straight overhead.
- Slowly bend forward and touch the floor between your legs.
- After few seconds, back to the first original position
Increase Height Stretching Exercise 2
- Stand with your legs wide apart.
- Put both hands behind your neck, then bend your waist to one side.
- While in the bent position, tilt your head to the left then to the right.
- Stay in the bent position a few seconds, then return to the first original position.
- Repeat the steps to the other side.

- In a lying down position, bend your knees and feet flat on the floor and close to your butt.
- While holding on your ankles, push up your hips (arch your spine).
- Lift your abs toward the ceiling as high as possible, stay for a few second, then go back down.

- In a lying down position, bend your knees.
- Put your hands next to your head with palms flat on the floor.
- With the strength of your hands and feet, push up your body to raise yourself as high as possible.
- Stay in the stretch position for few seconds, then slowly lower down your body back to the first original position.
Increase Height Exercise 5
- Standing with arms straight out at your shoulder level, and legs apart.
- With your legs and hips remain still, twist your upper body to the left, stay in the position for a few seconds.
- Then twist to the right, stay in the position for a few seconds before back to the first original position.
